There will come a time in every person's life where he would come face to face with death. This is not something anyone can avoid for it is part of life's cycle. Death is the time when one will leave his physical body and go to the fate the awaits him based on his actions on earth. This is the time when you will or will not go back to your Maker's side. If you want to spend your afterlife in God's grace, you have to ask yourself how to be saved by Jesus.
This question does not require you to deal with complicated mathematical equations or scientific theories. You can answer this question by simply believing in God with all of your heart. Always remember that salvation is not connected with materials things and physical attributes. The important part is what you have in your heart. It must be a heart that loves God and believes that God loves him too.
One has to remember that God made salvation available to all those who want to be saved. It is not something that only those who are pretty, rich, or talented can take. Every person that was born was given an opportunity to get redemption. This can be done through confession and by seeking atone for the sins committed.

Growth is another thing that is important for anyone who strives to follow Christ's teachings. This is necessary for this is the only way you will know that you have learned something. To seek growth, many people contemplate through prayer and reading the Bible.
One thing that can hinder salvation is when you hold on to hate and regret. These are things that are better left behind if you want to change your life for the better. It is essential that one learns seek forgiveness, forgive anyone that have wronged him, and to forgive himself for his own shortcomings.
Another thing that people have to bear in mind is God is present in any person they are going to meet. For this reason, they have to respect and love their fellowmen and God's other creatures. Have it in your heart to be charitable and to help those who are in need.
